Monica Olivero

Owner

A graduate in law and one of the founding members of The White Rose. Monica coordinates those who manage the individual weddings, and deals with business activities and the activities tied to the development of new partnerships. Together with the bride and groom, she works on deciding the aspects related to the choices for the menu and the wines.

Alessandro Zanara

Owner

A founding member of The White Rose, and, along with Monica Olivero, the beating heart of The White Rose. Alessandro manages logistics, administration and all aspects related to staff and updating the company’s practices in terms of corporate contract provisions.

Valentina Cesca

Wedding Designer

A graduate of IULM, communicative and cheerful, she leads couples by the hand on their journey to their big day. Valentina is responsible for post-sales and coordinates all the professionals who work on each and every wedding. She is the main person of contact for all our brides.

Andrea Bisaro

Brand Manager

A graduate in Design from Politecnico di Milano, he has developed high-profile experience in the management of communications, especially on the web, catering to the needs of The White Rose regarding all the aspects of Internet and social media usage. Today, he plays the role of Brand Manager, and is responsible for managing the coordinated communications for each event.
